So is this one starting to shoot up? I haven't been following this one as much as Tower Verre and CPT.

It has definitely picked up a lot of pace since (at least) December. And now that it has cleared the surrounding buildings we expect the pace to quicken even more.

It's close, but this is one of the top, if not the top (I alternate) skyline defining towers on the rise in the city currently. I alternate between this one and 53W53, but there are others that could be close.

Window cleaning nightmare?

I wouldn't wanna be dangling off that building trying to clean the glass behind the gold curved molding/spindles.

Y'know, I originally didn't like this building, likely due to how ridiculously thin it is, but seeing that facade changed my view. This building almost seems like Art Deco, only taller and thinner.

I would for sure label this as Art Deco, or Art Deco Revival.
