I don't believe there's any redemption possible for Tower 3.
What the hell were they thinking?

Maybe if they put a giant cloth mural on all 4 sides.

Agreed. Fritted balcony glass isn't going to do any saving.

Thanks for the Sporting Life pics.

That's the big subterranean space.
Good they got it leased.

So looks like a TD Bank on the corner there (same level as the VanCity)

Developers in BC have a fetish for spandrels for some reason.

I think it will change colors as well. I drove by it and one side looked like the lights were glitching and flickering in different colors (green, yellow, red).

ya they're recent results haven't been so good. But they should pull through it, I think they have scaled back their plans for expansion in the states.

Indigo is just another gift store, and they are expensive.

they're trying to be a lifestyle store which does work or has worked for them. But Season after season how many mugs with a letter on it can you have? lol their stuff is just rehashed every season, probably why they have hired a new creative director or designer person to revamp.

Anyway in that render there is a big screen for Sporting life is it just a poster billboard or a giant screen?

It's a video screen.
I hope they do implement it to cover the staircase.

Have people started moving in already? I see a lot of lights on the upper floors since last few days. Haven't seen the light feature mentioned though.

Yes.. One of those boxes up the stairs/podium (not corner box) was lit up and changing colours too Friday or Saturday night. The one with crosshatched façade. The lines on the crosshatches/whatever they're called were lit up and changing colours. Interesting to see.
