I wish the owners of BoA Plaza would build an observatory deck. It's our tallest building and it's in the middle of the skyline. It's begging for one.

Does Atlanta have any sort of observatory right now? Other than the Sun Dial restaurant I mean, a place just for the views.

In the above photo it looks like West Peachtree is starting to rival and maybe even surpass the density along Peachtree Street in some places .

West Peachtree I'd say has some larger awkward gaps than Peachtree and has worse streetscaping, however you're right it is rivaling and even overtaking Peachtree in certain active nodes. Either way, 5th-10th streets is becoming a really nice node in the city. Hoping we see a few more developments here, particularly along Cypress St and Peachtree, which would really fill in the area.

8th & Peachtree and 1125 Peachtree should both be visible, too! Lots of great infill on the docket for 2019.
