This is going to look great next to the Trump/Barbizon building with the gold top. Really is a top notch design though the mega billionaire condo use does leave something to be desired from a land use perspective.

^ It's a very small footprint on the City. On the other hand, horizontally, it would take up much more space.

Is the top 1/4 actually gonna be livable or just cover-up crown? I honestly have never thought or read about it before.

About halfway up the first set back which means its about halfway with the concrete structure

Based on that blueprint, this is around 675 feet now. 4 floors above the setback.

so a couple more floors to go until we are at the halfway point.
