Very nice shots! Thanks for sharing.

Philly looks very nice in your shots. I like your people shots and the fireworks ones. Very complete tour.

Congrats and greetings from Madrid, Spain!

With as many Philly threads as you've done I'm amazed at how you always manage to capture something new and unique each time. Beautiful set!

多谢! Thanks all!

Kevin, the one thing I'll tell you about the fountain water - they chlorinate the bejesus out of it. You can smell it from a block away.

Yorkie, the bar patrons were at Graffiti Bar off of 13th Street.

Nineties Flava, that was for you.

diskojoe, there was a paucity of suds in this one. That's an error I will not repeat.

rricci, right back at ya big guy.

Insoluble, thanks for that. One thing that I do try to do is vary where I shoot. There are parts of town that I should get to more often as this map suggests.

another fine, fine set, ol' vol'. dig those el shots at lehigh, and i do love that ping pong table at eakins oval.

Thanks, Chef!

Sasso, in addition to those spots I've pretty much forsaken The Northeast. A trip to Pennypack Park is in the near future...

The usual business of 100% pure unadulterated urban goodness served up and still fresh (3 weeks later) by the master himself.

These were a couple of my favorites:

Anthropologie by phillytrax, on Flickr

Throughway by phillytrax, on Flickr

13th & Spruce by phillytrax, on Flickr

And quick question about that blue thing that's swooping in and out of those windows - what is it connected to? It's very interesting in that cropped shot....

That's Anthropologie, a clothing store on Rittenhouse Square. The blue sashes are advertising for their latest promotion. It's certainly eye-catching and unique.

To think I wasn't all that far from Philly just weeks ago. Definitely needs to happen soon.

Excellent work.

Absolutely fantastic! I tend to always go West on escapes, but definitely overdue for a trip up there...

Thanks, VZ.
