They're still working on this but they don't seem to have done any vertical construction over the past two weeks

These pictures are also around 1.5-2 weeks old (time is all relative nowadays anyway)

Not a ton of progress over the past month, despite being exempt from the construction pause. At least they finally added another floor (or 2)

That lot on the corner was supposed to 688 Montgomery, this one http://skyscraperpage.com/forum/show...ht=jersey+city. Almost definitely dead, especially since St Peters is actively building dorms at 762 Montgomery Street.

I'm not quite sure what the excavation in the foreground is for, however. There's a project proposed for the vacant building next to it (43 Jordan Ave), but the excavation seems to be on the 688 Montgomery property.
