It’s like a bigger, office version of 50 West St.

Gotta love the pic in post #1992. There should be a competition, for fun, to nominate the one pic that symbolizes this real estate cycle. One that shows tons of cranes, activity, and towers. This would probally be a good candidate. Next being any sort of angle showcasing all of the 57th Street towers, its proxies, and slightly angled to show HY and MW.

Just wait until the cranes for 50 Hudson, 3 Hudson, the Spiral, and 2 MW get up, which won't be long now.
