301 Capitol Mall--Construction at last?
After years of watching two pile driven holes in the ground from out the window, the site appears to be seeing activity. For the last week, a horde of goats was eating away all the dry grass and smaller growth, and today tree cutters are chopping down, chipping up and hauling away the smaller trees that began to grow on the site over the last decade.
Does anyone know if any real construction is afoot?
