The owner wants to convert the existing 8-storey office use building into a 61-unit mid highrise apartment building. An existing commercial space on the ground floor is to remain. It is proposed to alter the parking layout on the site, which will include 5 visitor parking spaces, 3 “flexible” parking spaces for maintenance and service vehicles and 0 residential parking spaces, as shown on plans filed with the Committee.
