Because the same thema of post #355, we can take those pictures of the most beautiful building in Hamburg, mainly because the nautical thema, and showing its behind 'stern' stairs to reach the 'bridge' at the 8th deck, see:

welcome, really a successful one in design, would put a small bar atop with some sunchairs but winter would be rarely there to be fitted well. It a good example that design well done not necessary should be the tallest for an office building. Of course somethings could be improved there, but i think at least 95% are ok. one of my own it was Taken at NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology) in Trondheim Norway inside one of the most modern buildings of the Gløshaugen campus
