Here's an awesome picture I found the other day, showing the density of the Darling Harbour skyline, which is the water front area on the eastern side of the city:
Great photos. Definitely get a bit of a Toronto-vibe from them, which makes sense considering they're both the first city of major British colonies. It's not always the architecture (in fact, it's often not), but the general feel of the pictures just says Toronto to me. Makes me want to visit Sydney, for sure.

Truly one of the worlds greatest cities!. Downtown reminds me more of south american cities like Sao Paulo than New York, comparing the dimensions of streets, building hights an so on. Architecture of course looks different
I might want to re-attempt this shot with a view more down the centre of the street, but last time I tried that I got a loud car horn in my ear! The traffic crossing light barely gives you 10 seconds.
Ohh yes, Sydney has a monorail. Tourists love it but locals find bugger all use for it.
World Tower on the left, a residential tower. And Latitude, which has radio stations, CBS interactive including CNET Australia (I love their podcasts) and Ernest and Young in it.
The iPad 2 is launching in Australia today, as well as UK, Canada and most other western countries, so thought I would take some pictures.
Here's the line in front of the Apple store, goes around half a city block in the middle of the CBD, the guys at the front... have been waiting 50 hours, I don't know how they got any sleep, this area of the city is always busy:
