We would probably have to create additional sub-forums in this section with 1 billion people. And Canada will finally have an excuse to build high speed rail.

Japanese cuisine is something I'd normally associate with Canada's other coast, but I suppose it's a good choice of cuisine to have in a place with fresh seafood available nearby, nonetheless.
