Good to see this moving forward. I drive by every day, but so far very little to see from the car.

What are the plans for the parking lot opposite to this building? I think the Comfort Inn hotel is using it, but do who owns it?

As usual foundation problems have arisen next door at the Spot. Townline is denying it has anything to do with their project. We've heard this story before.
