BANGKOK '08 (part 11) - CBD

Bangkok's CBD has got two main roads: Sathon Nuea/Tai which mostly consists of offices of banks and other companies and Silom Road which is more of a lively place with nightlife, shopping malls and more streetlife.

1.
Beginning (or end?) of Silom road next to junction with Rama IV road

In a distance you can see a traffic information board (green colour means that there's no traffic congestion). Traffic conditions are shown in real-time and apart from the information of nearby streets and junctions, citywide information is available online. Bangkok's also got an automated centralized traffic control system connecting traffic lights and traffic cameras all around the city so helping to cope with congestion

Sleeping or dead?
Perhaps just taking a nap
It seems it's quite normal for dogs in Bangkok to sleep (and it seems that's what they normally do most of the time anyway) just about anywhere they feel like sleeping... I guess it's because of climate which makes them dizzy and tired most of the time... they don't have access to air conditioners after all.
Or even if dead then sure not for too long because generally the area was very clean and free from rubbish or any dead animals
