a fun Edmonton 'future' skyline with some real projects either u/c or planned and some ideas (in blue) for intensifying the downtown.

It's a start. My impression of the greater downtown Edmonton was of towers and parking lots with parking lots having the decisive upperhand. For instance, very little of the lowrise, mixed-use commercial you find on Whites Avenue exists. Was it mostly industrial at one point?

That's nuts. There's a lot I can't pinpoint but does anyone know which project the twins represent in front of Shangri-la?

he mentioned there were far to many projects in the entertainment district for him to properly map into the render, so he would make some adjustments ot liberties, as he couldnt fit all the projects into the render... which i guess is a good thing, seeing there is a lot on the go here..

WTF? That is for real? Those are almost all the renders for purposed/uc in Toronto? That is sick. I thought half of those were just made up to make an unreal pic but my goodness! Looks like Hong Kong.

My guess is that they're the twins proposed for 181 Richmond, across from Boutique.

The key for the future skyline would be great but there are many errors in the heights listed. Such as Quantum North/South, 199 Richmond ST west, Ritz-Carlton and so on. The meters don't match the feet conversions. (Assuming a meter is 3.281 feet.) Additionally, some of the renders of certain buildings don't visually match the height they are listed as. For example: Bay Adelaide East or 45 Bay Street.

No insult is intended to the artist. It is a fantastic work of art. I believe this is just a rough start and a further update is eagerly awaited.

Bay Adelaide East is supposed to be 43 floors, 180m.

Excellent job Maldive! I'm sure it would be challenging to get everything exactly spot on with that many towers. I can definitely appreciate the effort that goes into these 1 man creations.

Aura is still my favorite Toronto tower. I'm happy 1 Bloor will get something new, and hopefully more exciting in it's place. I'm even happier Trump will be hidden from most angles. My opinion of course.
