Are those outdated or measured to sea level?

I think it would be great and really enhance the complex if the respective heights ended up 1168' and 1330'.

I've been hearing 1,270' for 2 WTC as of late, but it would be nice if it was around 1,330.

They have both figures on the website. But I'm beginning to think that 2 WTC is getting the 3 WTC treatment as far as height goes, meaning they aren't counting the parapet height,
but probably what would be on DOB permits (if they had to file DOB). 1,270' would make it closer in height to Tower 3. We'll see.

It begins from street level (see the graphic). It at least shows that was the working height of tower 3 at the time of the spire removal.

There was some information posted on that in that thread.

Based on the fact that the core itself is roughly 100' above 4 WTC, I think its fair to say that the final height will indeed be 1170' and not 1070'...

That would be great but are we sure the parapet is 100 feet tall though? Some of the diagrams I've seen put the core pretty close to the parapet, within 30 feet or so. And now the core looks to be maybe 1050 so I think the final height will be 1080.

I of course hope I'm proven wrong.

It's usually a given that you're proven wrong, so take comfort in that.

The core itself is closer to 1,100 ft if you include the entire structure.
