While it's true they are bloated, we are not paying extra for those employees, in fact we are paying less for our cell rates and internet than anywhere in Canada for the same service. I'd rather pay lower rates
and have better paid employees
here in the province (where the money is spent) rather than pay more, and have that money leave the province.
Sasktel also pays annual dividends to the government, something we would lose long-term.
Can you espouse on your belief that selling them would be a net benefit to the province overall, long-term? Or is it more of an ideological position?
