I'm not aware of any significant Iranian community around here, which doesn't mean there is none, but it would obviously be very small compared to Chinese, Indian, Turkish, Jewish or above all various African communities for example. There must be some people with Iranian backgrounds like there's just everything and the fact that we don't hear of it is a good sign, showing they probably don't have any particular problem in becoming regular, say normal people in France.
As far as I know, marriages mixing people, whether ethnicities or religions, are often no problem over here. France might even be the Western country in which there is the greatest rate of such marriages, or so I heard. Only the too religious Muslim families may bother about religion when it comes to get married, and there's still some white daddies that don't like to see their daughters go with African guys, but those are definitely fewer and fewer.
In fact, racism has been much more severe about jobs, especially (high) responsibility jobs, than about whatever of the people private lives, and African people (whether black or North African) have been by far the most severely hit, maybe even the only ones basically. I mean if you've got an Iranian, Vietnamese or whichever random background outside Africa with a certified degree, it's okay, you'll normally get the job you deserve. But if you've got any African background, then it's way harder. That's an old cultural, historical habit towards the Africans due to France's colonial past in Africa. While the society has been getting much better in that matter since, say a decade (that's very damn recent), a lot remains to be done in that respect.
But again, the Persian culture is spared from racism indeed. Some may say Islam ruined it (something I sometimes heard), but that is a different story unrelated to racism since Islam is nothing like a so called race or ethnicity.
