No. The rough rule of thumb seems to be about 10 ft/floor for residential buildings and 13 (or so) for commercial ones (more recently because of addiitional space in ceilings and under floors for passive HVAC systems and IT networking). At 56 floors, 575 ft is just about right (with a mechanical penthouse on top and probably a first commercial floor that is more than the building average) for this one. What is a bit surprising is how few floors the Salesforce has: It has almost 18 ft per floor.
