It's roughly 15 stories I would guess? The worst part is definitely the street-wall, as the building is/will be short enough to be blocked by its neighbors...

Curious to see the cladding on this one. I think overall this tower will be pretty forgettable... but may be a good balance of brick on a pretty glassy block.
