Correct, although my wallets only going to sustain in the 30-40th floor range.. Unless cryptocurrencies continue on their stratospheric growth trajectory.

Boston Consulting Group confirms $9.2 million, 200-job Atlanta expansion

Quote:
BCG will build a 40,000-square-foot, two-floor building in Downtown Atlanta as part of the expansion, which will create more than 500 jobs over time. Construction is expected to begin in June 2017 and to be completed in June 2018.
Anyone know anything more about this? Can't find any information about where in downtown it will be built.

Please let it be a parking lot replacement and not a tear down of an older/historical building...

Agreed. None of the press releases (State of GA, City of Atlanta, AJC, Atlanta Business Chronicle, etc..) mention anything about the location other than it will be downtown.

With construction expected to start this month, the permitting process should be well underway, but I can't locate anything in Accela for a two story 40,000 s ft new construction.

The updated article doesn't say that they will build a new 40,000 square foot building. It says they will lease a 40,000 square foot building in Downtown so I assume that's it is an existing building, and that the construction is to renovate the building for their purposes.

The article must have been edited from "build" to "lease", as my original post was a copy and paste. Makes more sense if they are leasing.

BCG currently has the top floor of 1075 Peachtree, which is pretty incredible. I wonder why they are expanding in Downtown in another building.

The pedestrian promenade is actually where The Dakota is located. We are facing northwest from the southeast corner of 7th & Juniper.

Thank You - I can't figure it out either. Is there a rendering from Peachtree?

Also, which of these is the current rendering?

The view where the spandrels are flattened appears to be the most current of all the renderings. Loudermilk has a view from Peachtree illustrating the office/retail leg.

I love the Peachtree & 7th portion of this building. This intersection has really been coming to life, and this building will have great impact there. Good stuff.

i pass by this one every day - i'm looking forward to seeing what they will do to mask the parking garage; i assume that's still in the works, it looks like there's a beam of some sort near the top.
