25 story 400,000 square foot tower proposed for Columbus containaing 180,000 square feet of office space, apartments/condos, and 600 parking space garage. Plans are for construction to start early 2017.
I hope this goes through, but the city is already having concerns about the electronic display panels that would cover the parking garage section. If they refine the design a little bit while not VE it to death and keep the large balcony sections(and lose the name) this could be a very good building for Columbus.
