[Surrey] 103 ave tower(unnamed) | 54m| 18fls | Proposed

So while playing around I have come across this other little tower being built right up by ultra. It will also be having a low rise apartment behind it as well being built. It will also include spacing for the new 103 ave going through the urban village area

UNITS:
NUMBER TOTAL AREA
1 BEDROOM | 24 | 1041.4 m²
1 BEDROOM + DEN | 24 | 1338.0 m²
2 BEDROOM | 35 | 2047.8 m²
2 BEDROOM + DEN | 36 | 2330.7 m²
STUDIO | 27 | 880.1 m²
TOWNHOUSE | 11 | 1079.2 m²

I am really hoping this happens as this will really push tower fill around central nicely. although it is a bit on the small side but guess they need to start getting some smaller ones around

Looks good. That area is an eyesore. It makes sense the tower is shorter because I thought the city designated 133 street the western edge of the city core. It will provide a nice western transition from high, to medium, and to low density residential. Is there also a reason why the next tower in the Urban Village dwarfs everything around it when it is supposed to be just slightly taller than Ultra?
