ARIA Restaurants page updated:

http://www.arialasvegas.com/amenities/restaurants.aspx

Seperated into fine dining and casual dining.

Casual Dining
  • Lemongrass, the Thai restaurant, is listed as casual dining with Satay Bar and cocktails.
  • Breeze Cafe is the poolside cafe on the Promenade Level.
  • Sweet Chill is a dessert with ice cream, gelato, sorbets and espresso.
  • The Roasted Bean is a coffee house on the Casino floor near the Tram.

Fine Dining
  • Union Restaurant and Lounge is an American dim sum concept on the Casino floor. Sounds interesting.
  • Blossom includes a chinese garden-like environment near the Baccarat tables.

Looks like everything is pretty well laid out.

Cosmopolitan

"(Cosmopolitan) requires 24-hour pumps and containment walls after workers hit an aquifer below the Nevada desert floor.)

Never knew that.

Are we even sure the red fins are "in" any units? They may just be the ends of the hallways, with units on both sides. Just guessing.

And I just remembered, they're Time-share condos, so I guess nobody "owns" them.

Thanks Mac!

HAZE looks gigantic at 25,000 square feet. Will be interesting to see how the second floor open space peers over to the 1st floor with the performance structure.

Also, Union looks like it will take a large amount of space on the Casino floor.

Any building on the strip that goes below grade more than 15' has dewatering pumps... lots of underground water on the strip. Funny thing is projects like FB, Echelon, and St Regis are probably running pumps and nothing is going on... shut them off and make it a water park!

Construction cam pic of Aria as of Nov. 19. The LED lights and entryway look ready for action.
