dude, i am a native san antonian... having been born in the methodist hospital in south texas medical center and living in san antonio 20.5 of my 23 years of being alive (other 2.5 were in houston, NYC, and austin)!

i don't have access to Agora Palms, but i can ask my friend who is designing phase 2 of the shops if he is able to send me a rendering of what he has so far... i've already seen it in person and it looks great... offices on top of retail... no residential (dammit). i'll check and get back to you either way!

The Tesoro building should be able to be seen from 1604 which would make the outer rim of SA actually feel and look like a city
