walking on park south i admired the jaunty angles and all, but otherwise didn't really think much about this one until i caught the morning view below, which really sold me on it. now that is how you show off on a manhattan side street!

A short shinier version of BOA tower but with apartments.

Occupancy will be in the fall for this tower.

Emporis lists this as complete but the CTBUH states sometime in 2015. Interior work is most likely occurring for now. September/October should see tenants moving in.
