In Vancouver I've been seeing murals/art being put up on blank walls of apartment buildings - especially buildings like the UofW Commons where the long sides have windows and the other narrow sides are blank. The Commons blank sides are at least textured but I wish 290 Colony would do something to that blank east facing section. Given the white, I think some colourful art, or even a tasteful WAG ad, would look really nice there.
