Nice to see some an update of Stamford projects.

What about the site with the proposed Ritz Carlton complex? I remember reading that Cappelli (a Westchester developer) proposes to revive that planned twin-tower development.

Also, I think there are two additional highrise rental towers planned for Harbor Square.

But probably the biggest future development activity will be around the train station. The older garage will be demolished and redeveloped with new highrise development.

Cappelli Proposal Added...

I didn't add the other potential high rises at Harbor Square because I really couldn't find any info on them. If you give me a source, I'll happily add them though!

Station Place Development: Added! Thanks again!

Trump Parc was completed years ago. It's just the construction forum but it's still under "Highrise Construction" and hasn't been moved or deleted. Just a little clean up. The building can be seen in the first image on this thread to the right!

35 Atlantic Street (Marriott Residence Inn) Update:

Stamford demolition exposes old advertising to modern eyes

The two so-called "ghost signs" were unveiled during the recent demolition of 35 Atlantic St. to make way for a Marriott Residency Inn that has been discussed for more than a decade.

The building on which the signs were painted, 19-29 Atlantic St., is also expected to be demolished to accommodate the inn.
