I suppose that's because they skip out all the unlucky numbers right? How many stories will it actually have then?

Phase 7 is rising so slowly! Do they have problem financing the project? How come some other projects (e.g. Burj Dubai, NY Times) proceed so much faster?

I guess that phase 7 is not the priority of the developer.

^Maybe the slow rise is due to the constant change in the formwork. It looks like the floor opennings change at each level, thus the change in formwork takes a little time to reconstruct before they start pouring the next level.

At least it is getting built.

We don't know for sure if the Busan Lotte tower is even being built due to no thread activity here and at SSC. It is supposed to be the 3rd or 2nd highest in the world and yet, no pics since its inception or news since March.

I know someone working at the site. He said that they're doing the outrigger truss of Phase 7 so it become very slow. When they go up to typical floors it would be much faster.

For a single project including two 270 metres tower plus one 490 metres supertall,I think the progress is on the right track.

That's one huge project. So many of those tall buildings in different forms together... I would love to go back to Hongkong to see it with my own eyes, but that trip won't happen anytime soon

Too bad that US7 takes a bit longer to rise at the moment. I would love to see it and SWFC rise together in the same pace.
