this is great, for the first time since the web-cam has been focused on the hotel portion you can see glass climbing up the north face of the building, started seeing it a week or so ago:

So when are we thinking all the glass is going to be in place? I'd say probably in July or August.

There are only three more floors that are fireproofed. Until they restart the spray fireproofing the glass will stop there again. This is exhausting with the fits and starts.

I wonder if 18th street will reopen before the building- it's been closed for a long time.

If anyone is watching the draft, our skyline is being shown a lot! Ctc looks so impactful! Just knowing millions are seeing the progress make me proud!

Yeah man, the panoramic shot from University City to Center City makes the city look phonomenal. And, props to the backdrop of the Art Museum-very classy look for this major event.

The city, the parkway, and CC look really good on tv for this draft. It looks like this was well planned by placing the draft stage where it is. A nice plug for the city this week!

Wow. They really have installed a lot of glass since I last was in that area. Those cloudy day pics especially are very good.

The glass is now one floor below where the fireproofing is (north side of tower):

You can see the next course of glass on the southeast corner on the webcam which looks like the last level they can put on due to the lack of fireproofing on the floors above - wonder what's going on there, it halted a while ago.

Looks like they might be gearing up to put in another level of glass on the East side today.
