Red Lobster would be nice and new Vancouver. Seafood restaurant would work better thana steakhouse, for example. Olive Garden would be nice to have closer to city, perhaps in Metrotown. Langley is so far..
Hmm they want to put "restaurants and entertainment facilities" along the water. Hard to believe the city would approve that. They only like grass and bushes
