Stop twisting what I said to make it look like I put you down, I said your drawing was amazing with slight criticism on the scale, mainly to point out that 2WTC will be even bigger, which is a good thing. I don't care how good you are at drawing, your attitude and arrogance is staggering at times.

Ahhhh the internet. Communication at it's finest! It's dissapointing that so many like-minded individuals argue or kiss each others asses so frequently.

Anyhow, I've heard so many people say that WTC#2 is their favorite. How many of you agree with this? Personally, I feel that all four buildings need each other, as does downtown. Therefore, I like them all equally.

His rendering is correct, Zapatan.

Intelligent critiques are welcome. How else does one learn? People talking about things they don't even understand in the first place is frustrating in the extreme.

See, that's kind of my point, which wasn't to "twist your words" but to tell you that you don't understand perspective, nevermind anything about the software I use and how it works. Thus your "slight criticism" was entirely uneducated and entirely unhelpful, and thus a waste of my time to read it. I suggest messing around with Google Earth for a while and note how angle and distance distort relative sizes.

And some newness.

Sketchup, Vray and Photoshop for post-production. So far more than 30 hours spent on this b*tch.

3DSMax has a great tool called "ProCutter" that made it pretty easy for me. If they re-do the top of the building I could probably change it in 30 minutes or less know that I've got everything worked out. The key with that tool was to separate out the slope of the diamonds, the angled horizontal offset, and then clip it using the cutter to the irregular shape of the tower quadrant. The way you don't want to do it is floor by floor and piece by piece. Operate on it through the whole 12 story chunk.

Now that would be interesting to work on, specially when it comes to a model that you're not sure of the exact dimensions and you could run the risk to change everything just because a 2 inch error on the footprint. Not sure if there's a similar plugin for SketchUp, getting 3DS MAX and a good rendering engine is still out of my reach.

Concrete on deck has been poured for the trading floor area.

Looks like the sidewalk shed is also being removed.

Any news on who's going to move into 2WTC? Cause the tower portion may never come to fruition unless a company moves in.

The eastern section of the tower is going up. About two stories. Nothing much really. I still call it a base even though technically is not high enough to be a base. It's basically almost nothing.
