New proposal for 166m tower in uptown Toronto or north york city center...

I like the square. You may not like the bland style, however considering its location its quite good.

That would be fantastic for North York, a square like that could start to make that area a true downtown type area.

Really excited to see Trump finally start construction, cannot wait!

Doing that will easily start a 2nd downtown core. However in some people's eyes thats

Here's my Final render of as many Toronto projects as I could fit in the existing shot.

Extending the picture EAST to accomodate the Hummingbird condo...involved creating 20 buildings that didn't exist in the base photo. You can read more in the Ontario forum if you wish.

I've included a link to a much larger pic. I need to emphasize that 98% of this is u/c or will definitely be built... this ain't no fantasy render.

Enjoy and happy holidays.

All of the buildings in Below the Cn tower tracks are u/c, expect that really tall one on the bottom left.

I think maybe Rocp3, Uptown and Trump are the only things close to ???

North York Centre is destined to become the new Yonge and Eglinton. It will be hard to duplicate the compact feel of Yonge and Eglington but it sure will be a lot bigger and grander than Yonge and Egg.

I give it 15-30 years to have a real big city vibe to it.

Four Seasons may be getting a hieight increase to 69 floors. That would make it "Tall"

As tall as the one in Miami or Taller? How tall is the four Seasons in Miami anyway. Doesnt matter.

Ritz is underconstruction and that will be the big boy until Trump starts construction this summer. (1000ft'r baby)

A new Render for Aura or better known as ROCP 3. It is a render of atleast 70 stories or atleast 230-240M i think. Its quite a bold project for a condo. Its one of two possibile "really tall" condo to come to Toronto. The other is the Signature Tower for cityplace which will be around 60-70 stories and will be the last one built for that project.
I like the podium, but not really the rest of the building, however its height would change the skyline like nothing else. It would be instant landmark as it will almost stand higher then anything in the area.

thanks a lot to

I'm not a big fan of the bulk of main part of the building, but that top is awesome!
