At first I thought it might be a concrete or steel frame core with what look like Structural Insulated Panels for the exterior support. But seeing how narrow the buildings are, now I think the whole structure is SIP supported.
Balconies appear to be pre-cast.
I wonder if this opens up the possibility of simply swapping them out in forty years, instead of the very involved rehabilitation done traditionally, when they're eventually in need of repairs?
There are very deep metal joists for floor support (formed from sheet metal, not open web) with ample knockouts for large ductwork and other services.
Now I wonder if the ceilings will be left exposed, loft-style, or covered in drywall. No idea what the subfloor material will be, but I doubt concrete, so maybe after sound insulation is installed, drywall will follow.
These three structures just may be the tallest SIP buildings in the city, made possible by (relatively) recent changes in the Ontario Building Code.

From the looks in my brochure I got from the sales event.. All drywall ceilings, no loft ceilings.
