I like 65 E. Goethe. Of course, HUGE amounts of money spent on that. Limestone exterior (not precast) mahogany window frames, handwrought iron work detailing, zinc roof. Eight floors and 19 units. I think the smallest is around 3000 square feet. Nicely scaled for the Gold Coast neighborhood.
