I saw them putting that up the other day. Although, I haven't seen a sign indicating a closing date for the parking lot, and I didn't expect to see one given they just started marketing the building (with units at a pretty ridiculous $/sf). Don't know why they would sever the lot and lose out on potential parking income when it's unlikely they'll sell enough units to commence construction for a while longer.
