Or is it that you're looking up the louvre openings? Instead of the broad side of the fins?

I saw them putting that up the other day. Although, I haven't seen a sign indicating a closing date for the parking lot, and I didn't expect to see one given they just started marketing the building (with units at a pretty ridiculous $/sf). Don't know why they would sever the lot and lose out on potential parking income when it's unlikely they'll sell enough units to commence construction for a while longer.

This would be a typical move for Pinnacle although I don't see any permits posted on Toronto.ca

When you say long time? How long do you mean, as they are "currently" fencing off the construction site? We are not talking about years here, that is for sure.

Well excavation will take awhile

And is that the construction site they are fencing off? I thought it would've been the whole parking lot

This'll have a crane by mid or fall 2019....if the SPA and other permits have been sent out. Maybe earlier, but I have my doubts.

Missed it. That looks it. Hoarding makes sense now. Must be ready to go. Afterall, there's 50 parking spots being taken out of service.

I was expecting them to dig the pit and than put them in. I guess the site is too small to have the equipment in the bottom of the pit?

SSP Global ... concrete has been poured!

My friend who works at GFL told me the pit is going to be a mess

Rakers to 2 sides and two big king piles in the centre of the pit as well.

Are those cages for the shoring? They look really big. Or are they going to bedrock with them in light of the raking?
