^^^ Its not really a freeway, I would consider it more of a parkway due to the fact that it has a landscaped median, 40 MPH speed limit, no large fences cutting it off from the park, and no trucks allowed.

LSD will be about 50 feet away. The ramps will be close though. So will the townhomes.

is there a road in between those town houses?

^^^ Sure enough, there are some more utilities workers digging on the West side of the site, time for a utilities upgrade in SE Streeterville!

Amazing!

A 2000 foot tower over 30% sold out while it's still a hole in the ground. This project is already an incredible success!

Go Illini!

Over ten thousand posts on this building here and so far all we have is a hole in the ground.

Wow.

I really want to know if the penthouse has been sold and how much it is. Or at least around how much anyone think it is?

There are two 'penthouses' on levels 141 and 142*. . . and $40,000,000.00 has been the number bounced around. . .

Not sure when they'll put last nights episode on the Web, but check back from time to time. . . not much more information than what we already know since it was primarily a fluff piece. . .

There is(or was) and existing street before construction. It will be rebuilt.

I live in one of those townhouses....and yes there a current road running in front of the complex. The townhouse community is a private gated community with homes ranging from 1.4-1.9 million.

^^ With the Waldorf Astoria on one side, the Spire to another and those prices do not think you'll continue living there a long time. Five or six years at most.

Thanks for all your updates Solarwind..

So is this the most photographed construction site in the world or what? I'd bet it's at least in the top 5

Are you sure you live there. Because there is nothing gated about that development, whatsoever. Anyone can walk around and through it. I have a friend that lives there, and I am there weekly.
