Me thinks these will end up being total precast structures. I don't see them going with traditional poured concrete because they probably want these up quickly.

Same design, some of the colours altered? Looks better with clear balcony glass and earthier colouring.

Wonder if that will be stucco with the faux stone, or paneling?

Wait, wasn't this a three building project?

This is the most easterly building, directly beside the three (not shown) bungalow houses at the corner of Wentworth and Charlton?

This depiction sets the building well back from the road considering the narrowness of the building site.

I guess it is a rather narrow building, and the suites run right through, giving residents both city and escarpment views, it seems. There will be lots of light if that's the case.

It doesn't look like there's room for a center hall, so how the units will be accessed, I wonder? Maybe there will be two separarte elevator banks?

clear balconies are not a good idea... they end up looking cluttered and messy

Sals centre has been constructed on the site, and I believe they intend to start selling this month. I spoke to the realtor representing the project and he informed me that if all goes well ground will be broken this year.

Yes, I believe so! Mr. St. Jean from St. Jean Realty has been really helpful in answering lots of questions about the development. They're hoping to be sold out of phase one by the end of the week, with a phase 2 launch for the end of April. Construction is hopefully going to begin this spring on the first building.

There should be a full page ad in the Spec this weekend.

So is each of the three buildings going to be a "phase"?
