Tower Crane

I don't know how long this has been up but I was down by the brow at sam Lawrence park this mornign and noticed a tower crane sitcking up what looked to be in the area around Kenilworth and Burlington Street. I know it was not the crane at the water treatment plan it was way too far west.

Just tought I would mention it. Im not sure if anyone knows what it is.

It's for a Dofasco building between Ottawa and Kenilworth. Not sure what they're building, I'm guessing some kind of warehouse. It is nice to see expansion there though. You can see it more properly from Barton at Centre Mall.

Thanks for the update, That was a pretty good guess on mybehalf considering where I was, It actually took me a little by surprise seeing a crane there,

I guess this mean we have 12 tower cranse throught the city.

5 at St Joes mental health center, 1 at the columbia college residents on sanitorium. 1 at urban west 1 at stay bridge 1 at city square(reportedly) this dofasco one and pretty sure there are 12 at waste water plant.

Thats good news.

I think they were dismantling a crane at St. Joe's on the mountain today...the sign of good progress...the place is really coming along nicely.

I couldn't see what was going on because this crane is surrounded by building on every side. So all I got where pictures of the crane.
