Moby, you are right.

Minato - I found it alright on google maps!

Thanks all!

the rest:

Never enough tan buildings in Paris.

The child of Patti Labelle and Dave Chapelle.

The Washington Square arch!

Sugar daddy.

Oh come on, stop it Paris, you're killing me.

Nothing says Paris like a never-ending supply of Yankees caps.

The lost character in Street Fighter 2.

So you don't have any doubts what will happen.

I was here before, but in Paris you can photograph something from every angle and it will look different, and beautiful.

See what I mean. Imagine if that monument was in Detroit. That shit would be on the outside of a Pawn Shop off Gratiot.

Here's where it gets weird. Hey, they gotta break the central Paris monotony somehow.

I dig the elevated around Stalingrad. But what were you doing there for so long?!

Oh, and Paris really needs to quit it with that rollerblading.

Everything else = ridiculous.

For real, they had me thinking it was 1998 all over again, or today if you're ChrisLA.

Hey whats wrong with rollerblades?
Strange you mentioned that, because the other day a lady at the gym asked me if people still rollerblade. Of course this was after she asked me how I stay in fit, and that was my reply.

Anyway moving on to the photos. First of all I don't know how I missed this one, but glad I found it. I love the photos you took and it looks like you covered a lot. Paris looking ghetto as usual, and I can just smell the people in your photos. Yet I still love this city, and like to visit again. I've yet to share all of my photos from my trip. I doubt I would at this point since its been more than a year now, and I'm getting lazy in my old age. (lol).

^ the funniest thing is that I was so unprepared for Paris because I added it at the last minute to the trip. I spent an entire day without seeing the Eiffel Tower, and when I saw it I was like "oh yeah! This is where the Eiffel tower is!", then what makes things worse is that I wrote a paper on the Notre Dame Cathedral and its architecture, and I forgot it was in Paris also. Matter of fact, I walked right by it(you see it in the background of my photos). And guess what I remembered the most? That monstrous Montparnasse tower.

I live in Paris since july 2002, I don't see often the Eiffel tower while I see almost everyday the Montparnasse tower.

Anyway you missed (at least in picture) some great district, some were very close to Stalingrad :
Belleville
Barbes

Alesia
Bastille
Grands Magasins
Strasbourg Saint Denis
Saint Michel
La Defense
etc...

I am very suprised that you visited Bercy and Paris Rive Gauche district and more especially Rue Tolbiac in the 13th arrondissement. Great idea.

1. I don't miss winter.
2. Gritty-grit-grit-grit. I missed all the grit in Paris and only saw a little in NYC the times I've been (which is once per city, 4-5 hours and 9 days respectivly).
3. yeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
