Oh man, this neighborhood is going to be awesome. Not far from the core either, it's such a good location. I love that rendering around the school. I hope the architecture is a little more interesting.

TAMUSA will be welcoming its first freshman & sophomore class this fall. In addition to that, the campus will get its first residence hall in 2017. Per KSAT 12, "The new student residence hall is set to open fall 2017 and provide beds for 350 students. Once built, new residence hall rooms will be offered to incoming freshmen and any remaining vacancies will then be filled based on student need." The SABJ says that the university is partnering with American Campus Communities.
