Finally this blasted city center surface parking lot is gone. No sign of it.

Looks like a very nicely designed project, not too crazy but not too boring imo. Interested to see the progress in the coming months.

The picture is a woodframe apartment...based on the signage etc. I believe it's a block in the Cascade neighborhood in South Lake Union.

That's the Sitka Apartments (1255 Harrison St) in the Cascaded/South Lake Union area.
