Work Lofts (by Brad Lamb Developments and Core Architects) is an underrated project in Toronto. The Flatiron Lofts will also look stunning too when complete, creating a striking combination of curves.

Queen Richmond Centre West by Allied REIT is now under construction in the Entertainment District. In addition to converting a heritage warehouse into office space, the project will include an office tower constructed above the warehouse via giant x-beam supports which will feature as functional sculpture in the building's atrium lobby:

I will miss the funky random signs atop the heritage building. Clubbing will never be the same again without it!

I've always despised this little parkette. It's very suburban and cheap looking.
