Without any context it's difficult to know what that means. Is the Shaggy poster saying a three-story retail building would be built there?

He corrected us today. He was talking about what is going where the old Artz Rib House was.

The place is completely fenced off as if it was being prepped for Demo, and they can still build the same apartment building that was previously proposed. But then again Taco Cabana turned into an urban campground after it was closed. So maybe they just want to keep the campers out until another lame fast food franchise signs on.
