No doubt. This proposal has been dead for so long I can't even remember if they have approvals or not and what the findings were on the earthquake fault studies. Also likely to be Nimby lawsuits needing to be settled.

That said, the area around the Capitol Records building has come a long way of late with the Argyle Tower set to open, the new Kimpton hotel across the street, and even the Eastown garbage down the block.

I think that Eastown Phase II is actually shaping up to be a pretty interesting facade with a better than expected streetwall presence.
