I'm not sure if it's doable, but I'd love to see that substation have an art exhibit, some foliage, light show, etc.

What about the fortress of doom's neighbor across the street? Any plans to rehab that old copper works building into lofts or something similar?

a few weeks' progress more... looking north up Fremont:

I really like this glimpse of what Folsom is going to start feeling like (201 Folsom in the distance)

similarly, here is a look south, again with 201 Folsom accompanying on the left

It's really evident now the extent to which this connects everything, perhaps more than any of the other new developments. It closes the gap between Rincon Hill and Transbay, and also sits right in the middle of the previously missing street wall on the north side of Folsom.

This one has been well covered, so there's not much new to show but I tried to get slightly different angles than others have already posted.

This shows the changing Folsom Street scene, but facing a little more of the north side of the street compared to timbad's shot above:

And here it is looking south down Fremont St, with 399 Fremont behind:

Coming along nicely. I guess work on the townhomes on Clementina will become more active later. Looks like they're prepped but mostly staging stuff back there right now.
