Warm Springs Avenue ~ October 29

Here are a few photos of this neighborhood, and more to come in my Fall photo thread.

In addition to the architecture and history of the Warm Springs/East End Historic Districts:

Boise already has a pretty great downtown and adding in the natural setting makes your city unique and scenic. I would love to live near a river like this and be able to enjoy its beauty.
As someone who spends a lot of my time in the outdoors within the city limits either recreating or taking photos, I love that my city has an impressive natural and urban package and an incredible setting. I cannot imagine living in a city that does not have a Boise River.

I found this info at a Boise Weekly article:

http://www.boiseweekly.com/boise/jum...nt?oid=3613119

Quote:
Along with the various studios, JUMP's campus will also include a three-acre urban garden complete with an outdoor amphitheater. Coming off the building's "helix core" will be a five-story slide and a shorter eight-person slide. The building will feature a deck with a pergola, an outdoor fire pit and a barbecue.

Thanks for the info! I also like this:

The development will also act as a connection between the greenbelt and downtown. extending the Pioneer Pathway from River Street to a new pedestrian light signal on Ninth Street.
