I actually wish there was more white.
I think it would look better with glass that has a white fritt on it,
as I think the white lines of the posts and the railing clutter up the look.

Tower 1 had a topping out ceremony last Friday.
(but based on the rebar in the pic, still some mechanical penthouse to be built (?)

From Axiom twitter:

On Friday we hosted a rooftop ceremony on the [63rd storey] to celebrate the completion of Brentwood Tower 1’s structure!
Thank you to everyone who celebrated this milestone with us including @ShapeProperties, @Stantec, and @ndygroup! #AxiomLowerMainland

What a view from the top...

Also, looks like the webcam is back online and the mall is inching closer to completion! maybe another 4-6mo?

Oh I meant when the construction will be complete and they'll be able to hand it over to the tenants to start their work.

I think 6 months should do it

Curious what's going in here (circled)
- it's marked in pink for food and beverage in the last (July 2017) plan,
together with most of the other units heading towards the Cineplex RecRoom vicinity.
At one time the plans showed a "Food Market" (food court?) in the area, but then that changed.
The high ceiling and big windows would make for a good food court there.

EDIT - on the webcam those may not be windows (?)

I think that space is about 14,000 sq ft.

That's pretty big for a suburban restaurant, although the Cactus Club in downtown Toronto is apparently 15,200 sq ft.

I think in a few years time Brentwood will easily have the population density to justify a larger size food model.

Not unlike Tap N Barrel in Lower Lonsdale.

Joey's and Browns are always packed. Once consolidated in the mall I imagine decent amount of foot traffic.
