New coast guard headquarters.

Star of the Sea visible in the city behind.

And Star of the Sea again, this time looking down from Rabbittown.

Opus and Omega could've had a worse execution.....but as it stands it's not a great set of buildings architecturally, which shouldn't serve as a surprise to anyone. The white trimming on the outside improves the towers to some degree.....though I'm wondering how Seasons will compliment this.....good grief.

I forgot Seasons goes here, I was confusing Seasons with those Garden towers which'll go up at the former Inn at the Park site. So many projects now.....

Great Winnipeg photos by the way....TNS is great.

Thanks! Just in case it's not clear, I'm not actually in the air hehe. Just standing on hills.

It does create the illusion of an aerial nonetheless haha.

It looks like True North Square is using the same orangish cladding that is used in the Ice District.

A view of the Core Science Facility from behind during sunrise this morning, on Mount Scio.

And just for laughs, same view, taken standing in the same spot, with my mobile.

And a video of driving by it on my way back home, via Prince Philip Drive.

Nice update SHH! That mobile photo is a good perspective of where you took that first photo

The video really shows the presence that institutional building will have.

Why can't libraries just look like libraries? I blame the government. So many cities are obsessed with peculiar, confounding architecture. If the public were given a choice, they'd likely have gone with something else. It's the architecture of egotists.

Weston Common? Interesting location for a new building, I guess it'll be near the Crosstown. Never heard of the project.

That Edmonton Library is interesting for sure....
