Has something changed or is the Tesla factory still completely inaccessible from the Warm Springs station?

Unfortunately not yet, they still need to complete the new street that runs through the Lennar development and build the new pedestrian bridge over the train tracks.

I also found some renderings of the site that they're now prepping across grimmer from all of the other construction photos.

Also some photos of the project adjacent to it.

Bonus BART even though it looks the same.

downtown South San Francisco update from last weekend...

Miller Ave, think this is the senior housing (#29 in the linked doc), with Cadence (#30A) in the distance

Airport Blvd side of Cadence

shroud coming off Pinefino (#28)

and showing its relationship to Cadence, in the distance

early work continues at the SSF Caltrain station, where eventually a tunnel will connect the Grand/Airport intersection with the station platform and through to the east side, which will be huge for station access

^^^^ i like the look of that... nice.
The suburbs are second-rate. Cookie-cutter houses, treeless yards, mediocre schools, and more crime than you think. Do your family a favor and move closer to the city.

Some more South City pics:

The new AC Marriott:

And Genesis tower across 101:

The Cove is almost fully built out:

This is at the entrance to the Cove. Looks like a police station but is supposed to be retail:

Across from the Cove the "Gateway of the Pacific" is going up:

Back downtown, here's another angle on "Pinefino":

And the beginnings of the new Caltrain station:

There's so much going on hard to keep track. Here's some senior housing:

And the condos by BART are almost all sold:

Another major development near the planned community center/library has drawn controversy: https://www.bizjournals.com/sanfranc...-site-puc.html. The pitchforks are coming out against the "tower" proposal. Personally, I agree. I strongly support infill, but some of these developments (like "Cadence") are just huge, boxy and monotonous.
